All of the staff were amazing, friendly and helpful, informative, especially the nurses./nThey put you at ease straight away./nSo funny too with good sense of humours.

Nothing. It was the 4th imporoscopy I have had. This was the best experience/hospital pain meds were great, no pain, I was dreading the pain on wake up, but there was not any.

Staff were very helpful and compassionate especially as someone who had no parent with them for the 1st time!/nAlso process was efficient and the whole floor were accommodating to my needs.

Would have good to speak to the surgeon- but even then I totally understand why it could not happens.

I could not have asked for a more attentive experience. Staff were great.

For a kidney stone I was in pain and had to wait over one week. Ended up with one private lithotripsy session.
